Christy here. I'm a 29 year old girl stuck in the midwest. I'm a art director/graphic designer/photographer working the boring 8-5 along with freelance graphic design and my photography business on the side. Any chance I have to get out of the grey cube and out into the world, I take. Traveling and photography is my passion. It's a passion I wish so bad to just do full time.
The past few years the urge to go out and follow my dreams wasn't containable. I quit my job and moved to Mexico with my sister and lived there for 4 months. I studied Spanish, traveled the country, learned the customs, partied, met the people and reunited with Javier (who lives in Mexico) and got married. Javier was my old HS fling and we had been out of touch for 10 years but were able to meet up again during my travels. I have lived in Guanajuato, Gto Mexico along with Playa del Carmen, Mexico and I loved it. Reality came a knocking and I've had to move back to the states. But that didn't stop me from taking multiple trips back and forth or the past 2 years.
I love Latin America and all the juicy stuff I learn and see. I have been in and around Mexico, Guatemala, Belize and Peru multiple times.
